TASTING CommentS:

Yellow colour of old gold with golden, slightly coppery tints. Bright, limpid robe. Very delicate nose. Initial aromas of violets and hazelnuts. On swirling, clear rancio notes with perceptible vanilla from the oak. The attack is soft. The aromas rapidly turn to spice with roasted hazelnut and soft, sweet yet powerful floral notes of violet and iris. Moderate rancio notes subsequently kick in on the palate. Long with lovely structure.

TASTING Suggestions:

At the end of the meal neat at about 20°C (70°F).

TASTING COMMENTS :

Golden with shades orange. Superb limpidity. Spectacular viscosity emphasized by the persistence of the legs. 1st Nose: Stunning intensity with notes of fruity marmalade, candied quince and vanilla. 2nd Nose: Light oakiness with a delicate rancio undertone. A lenient attack with some minor spiciness followed by an upholstered oakiness balanced with notes of fruit and vanilla. The climax is enduring with a slight aridity, which adds some well-proportioned strength to the equation. A superbly aged Fins Bois, which will, no doubt, delight both cognac and cigar enthusiasts.

TASTING COMMENTS :

The robe is orange with coppery tinges. Limpid, with remarkable viscosity. Powerful and rich with floral notes, jammy aromas of fruit and spices. Cinnamon and vanilla are creating a beautiful complexity. A woody aftertaste goes along with dried nuts and hazelnut aromas to accentuate a sophisticated finish. The taste places itself on the same canvas as the aromas, with increasingly present roundness and power at mid-palate. On the finish, there are delicious notes of soft spices and dark chocolate - the cognac is perfectly balanced.

TASTING COMMENTS:

Pronounced mahogany color, with copper highlights. Subtle viscosity.

Powerful, revealing aromas of cooked fruit, dried apricot, linden and undergrowth in autumn. The woodiness translates into notes of old waxed furniture. At the bottom of the glass, a delicate note of cocoa. The balance is well respected.

Powerful and suave attack. The finish is frank preserving the particular woodiness of this eau-de-vie which remains sufficiently in the mouth to appreciate its quality.

TASTING CommentS:

Yellow old gold and mahogany colour with gold highlights. The nose is round, fruity with a nice note of wood, lys, lime and medlar. The move towards spicy and vanilla is sweet and melted. Beautiful structure that expresses a great flexibility in attack. Nutty notes, iris, vanilla and white fruit on the palate express themselves softly. The notes of white fruits and floral persist even in retro-olfaction. A beautiful persistence and structure. An elegant and delicate cognac.
