INGREDIENTS

50 ml of Maxime Trijol VS Cognac

15 ml of jasmine cordial

30 ml of orange juice

Ginger ale

3 shots of bitters

GARNISH

1 thin slice of orange

A fresh jasmine flower

METHOD

Pour the VS cognac, jasmine cordial, orange juice and bitters into a shaker with plenty of ice in it.

Shake well. Filter directly into the glass and top up with ginger ale.

Garnish with the thin slice of orange and jasmine flower.

INGREDIENTS

50 ml of Maxime Trijol VSOP Cognac

15 ml of jasmine cordial

30 ml of freshly pressed orange juice

3 shots of bitters

GARNISH

A jasmine flower

METHOD

Pour the VSOP cognac, jasmine cordial, orange juice and bitters into an ice-filled shaker.

Shake well. Filter directly into the glass. Decorate with a jasmine flower.

50 ml of Maxime Trijol XO Cognac

15 ml of jasmine cordial

3 shots of bitters

METHOD

Pour the ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass, then stir for a few minutes. Filter into a rocks glass, which has been filled with ice.

MAI ORANGE

MAÏ ORANGE

INGREDIENTS

4 cl of Maxime Trijol orange liqueur

2 cl of Maxime Trijol Cognac

or Twezo Rum

6 cl of pineapple juice

2 cl of lime juice

0.5 cl of barley water

GARNISH

Lime peel

METHOD

Pour the orange liqueur, Cognac (or rum), pineapple and lime juice and barley water into an ice-filled shaker.

Shake well. Filter directly into a glass and top up with crushed ice.

Garnish with lime peel.

DARK & MILKY

INGREDIENTS

60 ml of Maxime Trijol white Pineau des Charentes

20 ml of Milk Oolong green tea

Sparkling water

1 shot of bitters

GARNISH

3 Kaffir lime leaves

METHOD

Pour the Pineau des Charentes and the tea into a tall glass filled with crushed ice and top up with sparkling water.

Garnish with a Kaffir lime leaf and add a shot of bitters.
